After smoothing & Resin the lens goes to polishing section. In this section material reduce 0.01 to 0.02 from both side of the lens. In our factory there are three types of Polishing.
a) Single Polishing : In this polishing system one lens polishing at a time. It's use high speed machine.
b) Triple Polishing (Sanko system) : In this polishing system at a time Polishing three lens. It is a very high technology in polishing system. It's also use same machine as single polishing machine.
c) Multi Polishing : In this polishing system more than three lens polishing at a time. It's have individual smoothing section. It is very old system but it is our traditional polishing system and also profitable system. It's use preferably slow speed machine.
Now we have 95 (Ninety five ) machines (465 Jigs ) in Single and Sanko polishing and 55 (Fifty five ) machines (560 Jigs ) in Multi polishing section. Now we check Newton ring by INTERFEROMETER (Khansoke ) and lens Master (Newton ban ) gauge . Now we have eight Khansoke machine for Newton checking. Five Fujinon ( F601 FC, F601 FC.II, F601 FC.II, F601 , F601)and three Olympus( KIF-201 )
